Responsibilities:
- Prepare loan documents and prepare tickets as needed
- Leases - process new leases and generate weekly and monthly reports for SCI
- Maintain proper documentation on all FSA, SBA, Agri-Access, and Farmer Mac loans
- Assist in processing loan requests - research loans, codes, and collateral
- Prepare mortgage releases
- Assist loan officers as needed, including various administrative tasks
- Insure proper perfection of security for loans
- Track exception documents and verify receipt thereof
- Maintain ticklers
- Ensure schedules and deadlines are met
- Be knowledgeable of loan documentation and regulation
