Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, including cashing checks, handling deposits, withdrawals, and cashier's checks.
- Balance cash within the teller drawer daily to maintain accuracy and security.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide education on bank products and services, promoting financial well-being and growth for customers.
Requirements:
- Four years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
