Compliance Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance and Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to all relevant regulations and standards. This position requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations as well as the ability to effectively communicate and implement compliance strategies across various departments.

Duties

• Maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in compliance-related projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations that may impact the organization’s operations.

Experience

• A background in banking or finance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
