When you join First Federal Community Bank, you'll find more than a job. You'll find a career.
Since 2014, First Federal has been named to American Banker’s Top Community Banks list. This year, we ranked 1st in Ohio and 19th in the Nation for our financial performance and metrics. In order to achieve these high honors, we depend on our team of talented, ambitious people who share our passion for excellence.
Over 125 Years of Expertise
Originally known as the Dover Building and Loan Company of Canal Dover, First Federal Community Bank has been serving Northeast Ohio since 1898. We continue to grow, opening locations in New Philadelphia, Dover, Sugarcreek, Berlin, Mt. Hope, and Uhrichsville, and opening soon in Jackson Township.
We truly believe banking is as much about people as it is about money. And although our dedication to old-fashioned customer service will never change, our commitment to innovation is equally strong. We are devoted to continuously updating our products and services, from giving our customers the freedom to deposit checks at home to offering free checking accounts.
Whether our customers are looking to open their first checking account, planning for retirement, or starting their own business, we offer modern convenience and full-service offerings from retail, commercial, residential and cash management services for business.
Community Commitment
From day one, our motto has been "Investing in Our Community." This means far more than providing superior financial services. It means volunteerism, philanthropy, and leadership throughout the communities we serve.
Giving back to our communities is part of the culture for all of our employees. Fundraisers and volunteer hours have been dedicated to a long list of charitable causes, and we are excited to add the Canton and Jackson Township communities to those we serve.
