We are seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to join our Berlin Financial Center team. This full-time position is responsible for creating memorable customer experiences and providing exceptional service. As the first face many customers see, you will be instrumental in building relationships and promoting our products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving deposits, verifying amounts, and entering transactions into our computer system.
- Cashing checks and processing withdrawals after verification.
- Processing loan payments and ensuring accurate processing in our system.
- Performing various maintenance transactions, such as account holds and address changes.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. You should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Good computer skills and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and scanners.
- Basic knowledge of debits and credits.
- Successful completion of our in-house training program.
