Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with clients via phone and email
- Establishing and monitoring payment arrangements
- Working with customers to resolve delinquent accounts
- Tracking and reporting loan activity
- Managing collection activity
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities we are looking for:
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivated and well organized
- Knowledge of Word and Excel programs
- Prior experience in loan servicing is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
