Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist lenders with paperwork, documentation and filing
- Order services from outside sources such as title insurance, appraisals and flood certification
- Organize loan files according to policy for each loan type
- Review loan file post-closing for accuracy and request deficient documents
- Request and file needed paperwork for loan, including: insurance, UCCs, tax information, and customer financials
- Book and Maintain loan accounts
- Provide payoff information to customers or other organizations
- Approve any non-regular loan payments and ensure codes are correct
- Specify loans that need additional attention by the loan officer
- Monitor the progress of loan exceptions
- Prepare loan document worksheet/checklist
- Provide administrative support
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
