eBanking Support Associate

DEPARTMENT: Deposit Operations REPORTS TO: eBanking Services Officer

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No LOCATION: Evansville

FSLA/STATUS: Full-Time/Non-Exempt TRAVEL: None

CORE HOURS: Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.; 40-hour week; over-time may be required for special projects and/or staffing needs.

First Federal was established on Evansville, Indiana’s Westside in 1904 and is a community bank currently serving the residents of Southwest Indiana with seven branch offices located throughout Posey, Vanderburgh, and Warrick Counties. Two Home Building Savings Bank branches, which are located in Daviess and Pike County respectively, are also owned by First Federal.

POSITION SUMMARY: The eBanking Support Associate assists branch offices and departments for deposit and internet banking services. Supports various aspects of the daily processes of eBanking including functions encompassing: internet banking, mobile banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture, ACH and Sweeps. Assists bank customers and retail branches with deposit product inquiries and problem resolution. Stays abreast of, complies with and performs functions related to various federal regulations including: Bank Secrecy Act, Right to Financial Privacy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation D and Regulation E. Responsible for all BSA related activities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processes set-up of electronic banking, e-statements, internet banking, bill pay, and mobile banking
  • Setup and maintain TMS transfers.
  • Setup overdraft protection transfers
  • Answer internal and external customer service calls related to Internet banking, account activity and other account related questions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1- 2 years relevant experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
