Summary
Prepares commercial loan documents for loan officers. Performs various duties related to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documents in order to perfect the loan and reduce bank risk. Additional duties include G / L reconciliation, returned mail and filing. All other ancillary duties as assigned.

- Associate's degree or minimum 2-years prior banking experience
- Knowledge of commercial lending and leasing procedures, laws and regulations
- Strong computer proficiency including but not limited to word processing and spreadsheet software programs
- Effective communication skills in both direct and indirect mediums including email and voicemail.
- Fundamental accounting knowledge is considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Prior banking experience with a good understanding of bank products and service with prior loan experience preferred
- Ability to assess and solve problems
