Wealth Advisor

Our Wealth Advisor is an integral part of the First Financial Wealth Services team engaging our clients to deepen the relationship through a full complement of services and solutions and equipped with a suite of technology to efficiently deliver an optimal client experience.

This exciting position will allow you to grow your career helping the people and families in your community that look to First Financial Northwest Bank for sound financial solutions. You will join a team that is dedicated to helping clients in every stage of their financial lives.

We have three open positions, locations for coverage needed are :

Mill Creek and Edmonds
Woodinville and Bothell
Bellevue, Issaquah, and Kirkland

Responsibilities

The ability to build a strong client base with the Bank's exceptional referral and lead generation systems.

The opportunity to find new clients through the Bank's client base.

The ability to grow relationships with the platform's combination of tools, technology, and support.

The opportunity to continue developing your skills with access to training, peer mentoring and education programs.

The opportunity to volunteer with your colleagues at community events.

Desired Experience

At least 2 years' related experience with demonstrated success :

Building relationships through a consultative discovery approach.

Sharing complex financial and investment concepts and solutions while building trust.

Delivering an exceptional service experience that exceeds client expectations.

Engaging clients through professional interactions, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills

Preferred Education / Training

Series 7, 65 and / or 66 licenses

Washington Life and Disability Licenses

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Investments, Finance, Law, Accounting / Tax, Economics, Business Administration) and / or 5 years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Ranges

This position is considered fully commissioned with the possible exception of a base salary range of $75,000 To $100,000 for up to the first 6 months.
