What You’ll Do:
- Develop a customized beverage program for the day-to-day functions of the club, as well as special events
- Staffing: build a roster of bar staff for special events
- Training: work alongside the F&B team to ensure top-notch service and products are being delivered
- Scheduling and Ordering: work with the Events Sales and Management team to ensure appropriate coverage of staffing and products for special events.
- Build relationships with distributors, keep appropriate stock and inventory
- Work with POS system and event software to reconcile event financials
- Deliver friendly, top-notch service — every time
Who You Are:
- A team player with great communication and multitasking skills
- An ambitious and reliable individual (read: a responsible go-getter!)
- Familiar with alcohol safety standards
- An exceptional hospitality provider
- Able to develop and lead a team
- Comfortable with POS systems and administrative tasks (scheduling, ordering, running, and entering financial reports, etc.)
- Must be 21 years of age
Pay & Perks:
- $25.00 - $29.00/hr (based on experience)
- Full-time - shifts will vary based on events schedule
