Summary: The Training & LMS Administrator plays a crucial role within First Foundation Bank’s Training & Development team. This position is responsible for managing the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is effectively utilized to support employee training programs, compliance training, and overall employee development. This position involves collaborating with multiple teams to organize and track training programs, including compliance training, to ensure sessions are meticulously planned, coordinated, and executed. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining compliance training administration and record-keeping.
Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $60,100/yr to $75,000/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for adherence to all compliance programs, including completion of all required and assigned training modules by established due dates
- Understands and complies with the requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
- Employee is responsible for understanding their duties and responsibilities as it relates to the Bank Secrecy Act, (“BSA”), Anti-Money Laundering Act (“AML”), and Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations (“OFAC”). This includes understanding any responsibilities outlined under the Bank’s BSA/ OFAC Program, participating in any required training, and promptly complying with all reporting requirements
- Provides overall administrative support to the training and development team, including maintaining training materials, resources, documentation, and records
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs, including compliance training, onboarding, and professional development
- Update training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and guides
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of training processes and procedures
- Provides support to trainers and trainees during training sessions
- Administers and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Monitor and track compliance training to ensure all employees meet regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external compliance audits related to training
- Uploads and manages training content into the LMS.
- Monitors and reports LMS usage and effectiveness
- Provide technical support and assistance to LMS users, resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborates with other departments to integrate LMS with other systems
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure compliance training is integrated into overall training initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience with LMS administration, training coordination, compliance training, or related field preferred
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and technologies
Skills:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services and/or banking industry.
- Ability to maintain precise and accurate records of training activities, compliance certifications, and LMS usage.
- Excellent verbal/written interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent computer and technical skills, proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suites, and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data.
