Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $172,500/yr to $180,000/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- The employee is responsible for adherence to all compliance programs and the completion of all required and assigned training by established due dates
- Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
- Identify and build client relationships within the high-net-worth market
- Research the financial portfolio of prospects to develop an informed perspective in determining how to provide the best services, and add products to preserve and grow the client’s wealth
- Generate own leads and manage the sales process and client portfolio while achieving revenue goals
- Represent personal financial planning, investment management, and financial consulting; work with private bankers to cross-sell relationship improvement opportunities to existing clients
- Provide charitable, business, and wealth planning advice to clients of the company
- Introduce prospects and clients to the platform of services offered by the company
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of related experience and/or demonstrated sales record as a top producer in the Wealth Management industry
Skills:
- Possess strong business and management skills
- Must be a strategic thinker for detailed analysis of complex financial situations and a proven ability to manage and direct the growth of business
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel
- Must be able to multitask, often under pressure
- Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
