Summary: This position is responsible for managing the Training and Development program organization-wide. This role will design, implement, and oversee training programs and organizational development initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement throughout the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing comprehensive training materials, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $130,000/yr to $150,000/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
The Company also offers various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
- Develop and implement tailored training programs for each business line, addressing specific operational challenges and enhancing overall performance.
- Manage the end-to-end process of training and learning, from needs assessment to program design, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the creation of standardized training and development materials, ensuring consistency and relevance across diverse operational contexts.
- As needed, actively engage in the facilitation of training sessions, bringing expertise and leadership to the learning environment.
- Oversee the organization’s required Compliance Training program, partnering with the Compliance Department on the required curriculum.
- Manage the collection of training records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate the performance of training activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance during training sessions to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
- Devise training effectiveness metrics and data collection process.
- Design and produce an employee recognition program.
- Actively engage in professional development opportunities to build skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Take initiative to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies in the field.
- Oversee employee onboarding journey and learning paths.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs.
- Identify and implement training technologies and platforms.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors.
- Collaborate with HR on the development and management of the Company’s performance evaluation program
- Partner with the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement HR solutions within the team
- Provide leadership for team member engagement initiatives to include promoting effective communication, fostering positive relationships, and workplace satisfaction
- Partner with the Director of Human Resources on HR-related projects; collaborate with management on various companywide projects as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience
- Proven experience in developing and executing employee development programs
- Prior experience managing and leading a team
- In-depth knowledge of operational training dynamics, preferably within a multi-line business environment.
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or related training certification preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and other training technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams, along with strong collaboration skills
- Effective in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and tactics

- Ability to plan, implement, and monitor assignments effectively to meet the needs of the business
