Job description
We are looking for an individual who is at least 21 years of age and possesses exceptional customer service skills to join our team at the club center and hotel front desk. Our ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, and capable of maintaining a positive work environment while providing prompt and courteous service to our valued customers. This role requires the candidate to possess or be willing to obtain a support license from the SD Commission on Gaming.
Some of the main duties of this position include:
- Use a computer to enroll customers into the player’s club program, print replacement cards, and reset PINs
- Make scheduled announcements over the PA system
- Maintain general knowledge of the property
- Stay informed of all the events and promotions happening in the casino, restaurant, and hotel
- Understand the casino rewards program and ability to explain to customers
- Ability to solve guest problems so that the guest and the establishment are pleased with the outcome
- Perform duties in accordance with departmental and company policies
- Create and confirm hotel guest reservations using computer software, in person and over the phone
- Responsible for prompt, courteous, and efficient service of guests, checking guests into and out of their hotel rooms, collecting monies, and meeting guests' needs during their stay
- Issue hotel room keys and assist guests with finding their hotel room
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor including special projects or events
- Being a team player to ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
