First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Assistant Service Supervisor to join our Kapolei Branch. The Assistant Service Supervisor assists the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager with overseeing branch operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer service standards and needs are met. This role assists with daily branch functions, such as overseeing workflow, recruitment, and training. This position also provides leadership and support to the branch team and helps management to ensure the branch achieves sales performance and service goals
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is $43,493-60,320/yr; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required
- 2 years of experience in branch operations; and
- 1 year of supervisory experience (e.g., Head Teller or Service Manager Associate); or
- 1-year external supervisory experience, are required
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is preferred
- Able to plan, organize and budget
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Able to manage confidential matters judiciously
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and adaptability as unexpected work environment changes occur in business
- Excellent time management skills
- Possesses sales skills to enhance business development objectives
- Able to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
