First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Business Analyst Officer to join the Design and Development Department. The Business Analyst Officer supports PrecisionLender and Salesforce applications as a technical system administrator and business analyst. Responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing, new, or enhanced platforms specific to the Retail, Commercial and Wholesale Banking Groups. This role will require you to leverage key system data to visualize, articulate, and solve problems and concepts, and report to management on a periodic basis. May lead / facilitate in the review business and application processes to improve efficiency and drive stakeholder awareness.
Compensation :
The annual salary range for this role is $75,700 - $95,700 / yr; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule :
Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM (Hours may vary)
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, management information systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Business Analysts certification from a well-respected organization (e.g. IIBA, PMI).
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization software.
- Three (3) years of experience in professional level applications support or equivalent banking experience.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, including commercial, retail, mortgage / loans / deposits and wholesale banking strongly preferred.
