First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Card Services Officer to join our Card Services Division team. In this role, you will assists with the administration and development of the finance area of the Card Services Division. Prepares, analyzes, reviews and/or assists in the preparation of various management, internal, regulatory, and other external reports. Utilizes division financial data to guide competing opportunities. guide decision-making, and optimize resource allocation.
Compensation:
The salary pay rate for this role is $70,000- $110,000 / per year; commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience required
- 3 years of work professional experience in banking, finance, or accounting with a focus on financial reporting, performance metrics, data analysis, or equivalent experience required
- Banking or accounting experience preferred
- Must have effective oral, interpersonal and written communication skills for interaction with internal and external personnel of all levels
- Must be a self-starter and a team worker to interact with internal and external personnel to accomplish tasks and projects.
- Organization skills and the ability to prioritize work are essential
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite of applications
- Excellent project management skills
