First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an analytical, experienced and supportive Commercial Card Account Manager to join our Consumer Products Division team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the management of all activities associated with the collection and loss mitigation processes. Plans, hires, trains and provides direction and motivation to the collection and loss mitigation staff to perform and meet goals.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is: $67,700 - $85,000 per year; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required
- Master’s degree in Business or professional certification in commercial payments preferred
- Accounting, Finance, or Procurement knowledge
- Demonstrated performance in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals and servicing Key Performance Indicators
- 5 years banking or financial services experience
- 5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales; or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service; or 2 years of professional experience in account payables solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and timelines concurrently
- A high degree of comfort engaging positively with colleagues and clients
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
- Must be comfortable in a goals driven environment
