First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, Operations Officer to join our Commercial Real Estate Team. As an Operations Officer, you will provide operational support for delivering a complete, accurate loan documentation and closing package in coordination with the CRED Loan Officer, following credit approval, and in compliance within bank policies in a timely manner while ensuring superior customer service to both internal and external customers. You will also train, guide, and assist Junior level CRED Operations team members.
The annual salary range for this role is $55,000-$80,000/year; commensurate with experience.
- Associate's degree in business, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of relevant banking experience.
- 5 years of experience in commercial banking operations and support, with a strong focus on loan operations, particularly in commercial real estate and construction lending.
