First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused, detail-oriented Sales & Service Advisor to join our Manoa Branch Team. In this role, you will assist branch management to lead, coach, and inspire a team of skilled bankers to consistently meet and exceed the branch sales, service, and "digital first" goals and ensure the branch team consistently executes the lobby engagement protocols.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $44,720 - $53,040 / yr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM (hours may vary)
Work Arrangement
This role is an on-site work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a business-related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales, customer service, lending or financial services role; or
- High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years' experience in sales, customer service, lending or financial services role
- 2 years' retail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry, including :
Extensive knowledge of financial products and services; and
