First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a customer-focused and organized Treasury Management Support Representative I to join our Treasury Management Servicing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible to provide customer service, processing, follow-up, account maintenance and technical support to Treasury Management Services clients. Manage client issues and provide problem resolution regarding complex Treasury Management products and services in a time sensitive manner. Respond to branch referrals and inquiries regarding all Treasury Management products and services.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- 1 year of banking service experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial deposits, Commercial loans, Cash Management Services, Call Center Business Customer Support required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience servicing business customers preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of treasury management products/services preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Must be analytical, detail oriented, organized.
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management software and systems, including file transmission, server issues, and file diagnostics.
- Proficient in business writing for customer correspondence and documentation of items.
- Verbal and interpersonal communication skills essential.
- Excellent customer service skills to handle difficult customer problems.
- Excellent organizational and problems solving skills required.
