First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Vendor Platform Manager to join our Card Services Division. The Vendor Platform Manager is responsible for managing credit and debit card processing and loyalty platform capabilities for card products. Key deliverables include executing systems changes to support product functionality, vendor and compliance mandates, testing, file transfers, and managing SLAs to ensure operational and financial metrics are met.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Work hours may vary)
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000/annual; commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in operations, finance, business, or equivalent work experience required.
Additional education/coursework in a technical field such as computer science, math, statistics, etc. a plus
5 years of experience in operations, compliance and/or vendor management. Experience may be an equivalent combination of professional experience or education required.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable effective working relationships with key partners
Successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and be able to manage competing priorities
Able to exercise discretion regarding confidential matters
Document management and coordination of process flows
Frequent contact with vendors and bank personnel at all levels
Knowledge of third-party risk, compliance and vendor management requirements
Experience with card processing platforms (e.g. TSYS, Fiserv, FIS)
