First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Vice President, Organizational Culture Consultant to join the Organizational Effectiveness Division team in our Human Resources Group. The Vice President, Organizational Culture Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster a positive, inclusive and productive workplace culture. This role involves collaborating with leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure that the company's purpose, values and defined behaviors are reflected in all aspects of the employee experience and aligned with organizational strategy. The Vice President, Organizational Culture Consultant will be critical in shaping, planning and executing transformational enterprise initiatives to enable a healthy, high-performance organization.

Compensation :

The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $130,000 / annually; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule :

Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field required
  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Professional certifications are a plus (e.g. Change Management)
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in Culture Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Project & Change Management or equivalent work experience; including 2-3 years experience managing a professional staff required
  • 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in Culture Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Project & Change Management or equivalent work experience; including 3-5 years experience managing a professional staff preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Tableau, Excel)
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong working knowledge of principles of organizational effectiveness, project management and change management
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, including communication and influencing skills to articulate, motivate and engage all stakeholders
  • Proven ability to consult in strategic transformation communication arenas
  • Proven successful collaborator among peers, colleagues and various levels of employees
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-find and problem-solve with tact and professionalism
  • Possesses leadership skills, analytical needs, assessment skills, presentation skills and program development / execution skills
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy as needed to create quality deliverables
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision and with the ability to work across multiple departments, divisions and groups
