We are currently seeking an analytical, engaging, detail-oriented Wealth Service Specialist I (Oahu) to join our Wealth Advisory Division - FHA Team. In this role, you will provide hands-on operational activities on a daily basis and managing day to day processing of securities, annuities, and insurance trades. Work closely with Wealth Advisors, Wealth Assistants, WAD-Call Center, and Compliance. Work under the close direction of Senior personnel in the functional area.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)
Compensation
The hourly salary range for this role is $16.33 - $23.42/hour; commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in office administration required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field will be considered in lieu of work experience).
- Experience in investments and/or insurance industry preferred.
- Able to work independently and manage routine projects.
- Able to be a team player in order to establish strong branch and program relationships.
- Able to learn new computer databases, programs and processes.
- Analytical and research skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
