Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and certified X-ray Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support our medical team in delivering high-quality patient care. As an X-ray Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that imaging procedures are conducted efficiently and safely while maintaining a compassionate approach with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to evaluate images and contribute to diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist Medical Assistants with patient care.
- Follow safety protocols and quality assurance standards for X-ray procedures.
- Assist in managing and maintaining imaging equipment.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
- Current state licensure in California.
- Previous experience as an X-ray Technician is preferred, but we are open to newly certified candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the medical team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow medical procedures and protocols.
