Experience as a Business Analyst in a related field would be beneficial.
What you will do:
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on the product to develop a comprehensive understanding of its features and intricacies
- Work with the product and analytics teams to define and measure KPIs on software deliverables
- Work with the product and business team to update and create documentation
- Work with a broader product and design team to understand and develop the product strategy in the automotive finance technology space
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and integrate their needs into product development
- Partner with software development teams to ensure smooth execution of product features
- Draft clear and concise product specifications
- Serve as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements from stakeholders, communicating them to the technical team, and assisting in prioritizing these requirements
- Work with UI/UX team to help design the user experience
- Pursuing a Master's degree (at the time of internship) in Computer Science or a related field
- Exposure to web application development and SQL Databases
- Experience in creating user stories that accurately capture user needs and guide the development of features and functionalities
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Attention to detail working with Product management and stakeholders translating to full-fledged requirements
- Good documentation capabilities
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to execute in a fast paced and changing technical environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Prior knowledge of the financial domain is preferred
