Your Title : Change Management & Document Control Analyst
Your Location : Remote / anywhere within the US
You Report To : Compliance Director
Your Compensation : $71,000 or more plus bonus, depending upon experience

What you will do :
Your responsibilities would be, but are not limited to :
- Independently manage the annual review and updates of company policies, procedures, contracts, and notices
- Execute the development and revision of policies and procedures, responding swiftly to emerging regulatory requirements and business needs
- Manage company documents, including maintaining version control and overseeing changes in contract versions to ensure legal accuracy and consistency
- Lead the company’s regulatory change management process and collaborate with business units to effectively implement required changes
- Conduct regulatory compliance research and provide support for business expansion activities and develop solutions to regulatory compliance challenges
- Coordinate with external counsel to draft and review contracts and notices and collaborate with the business units and tech team on successful implementation.
- Handle inquiries from regulators with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Perform additional assignments and special projects as required
