What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attendant Care Provider/ San Diego Tx position at First Home Healthcare, LLC?
First Home Healthcare, LLC is a licensed Personal Assistance Service agency and we are seeking compassionate, caring, reliable individuals to help meet our clients needs in their home.
Work schedule is 27 hours 7 days a week.
Saturday and Sunday 11:00AM - 2:30PM
Monday - Friday 11:00AM - 3:00PM
Job duties include (but not limited to):
- Cleaning client’s home living area(s)
- Feeding, shopping, meal preparation
- Bathing, transferring, grooming, toileting, exercising, and assisting with ADL’s
- Assisting with medication reminders
- Escorting to MD appointment (if needed)
- Stay current with changes in provider services regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- At least one year experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
