Summary:
As a Risk Analyst, you will support the implementation and management of AI solutions across the bank. This role focuses on performing risk assessments, developing safeguard strategies, and ensuring compliance with risk management protocols, helping to maintain the integrity and performance of AI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing on AI use cases to assess risk and compliance, ensuring robust first line of defense duties.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement guardrails and guidelines for AI services.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for AI products and solutions.
- Assist in optimizing the performance of AI products through rigorous risk analysis and management practices.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of AI solutions to ensure they meet risk management and performance standards.
- Work closely with Model Risk Management and other business units to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI solutions.
- Provide training and act as a spokesperson for AI initiatives, promoting awareness and understanding of AI applications around the bank.
- Stay informed about industry trends and risks related to AI to proactively address potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and training.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and risk management principles is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
