FHN Financial Memphis Back Office Operations is looking for an individual to provide support and oversight within the Account Services Group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with sales and compliance to ensure the client accounts meet Compliance standards.
- Processing of customer accounts across multiple systems
- Coordinate incoming account documentation and review for completeness and accuracy
- Perform compliance and regulatory review prior to opening the customer account
- Prepare documents and correspondence for customers requesting additional information and/or documentation from the customer
- Communicate with sales reps and sales assistants regarding account set-up status and documentation needs
- Create and maintain files
- Communicate with BSA/AML Compliance area regarding account set-up and approvals
