Summary:
As a Night Wholesale Lockbox Operations Processor, you will operate a variety of equipment such as the XDS Intelliscan and Opex Falcon V . Through the utilization of this equipment, you will, presort, open, and extract incoming check remittance payments as well as perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment. After opening and sorting the mail, you will prepare the work to be distributed for processing. You may also be involved in other aspects of the processing to include data entry. Working in this high-speed environment, you will need to meet production and quality standards, so accuracy and attention to detail are imperative.
Responsibilities:
- Operating Imaging/Extraction Equipment (OPEX Falcon V )
- Preparing batches of work by extracting checks and remittances from envelopes
- Inputting data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing
- Verifying negotiability of checks through customer specific instructions for processing
- Balancing/reconciling electronic and paper documentation
- Demonstrating proficiency in all complexities, processing modes and department equipment
- Maintaining site productivity and quality standards
- Contributing to meeting team goals in addition to individual responsibilities
- Ensuring that all customer and bank guidelines are followed as related to operations, internal audit and security, and general practices
Requirements:
- Remittance Processing or banking operations experience preferred
- Ability to analyze and comprehend client’s standard operating procedures and instructions
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Intermediate Qwerty keyboard usage and basic 10-key data entry
- Production environments focus on meeting deadlines and quotas
- Attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds
- 8,000 KPH (Negotiable)
- 45 WPH
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation
- Open minded with a positive attitude

- Monday - Thursday / 7:30 PM - 03:30 AM
