SUMMARY
This position will join our team and collaborate, engage and assist with various projects. The team supports various lines of business while partnering, developing and supporting the Salesforce application to fulfill their needs and help them operate effectively and efficiently.
RESPONSBILITES
- Agile Methodologies Proficiency:
- Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience in conducting Agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:
- Analytical mindset to identify issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing project needs.
Technical Data Mapping:
- Proficiency in mapping data fields between various systems and ensuring data integrity.
- Experience in creating data models, data flow diagrams, and defining data transformation rules.
Technical Acumen:
- Basic understanding of database structures, SQL and query languages.
- Experience working with Salesforce, data integration tools and platforms.
Documentation and Visualization:
- Skills in creating clear and concise documentation.
- Proficiency in using visualization tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Ability to participate in testing phases, ensuring requirements are met and functionalities operate correctly.
- Experience in writing test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
Project Management Support:
- Capacity to assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Technical Skills
- 3 years of Salesforce or related Data experience
- Databricks, Data Cloud, FSC and Jira are a plus.
- Effective communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills
- Experience working with Agile development processes and Agile tools such as JIRA
- Familiar With DevOps, BitBucket, Flosum
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
