Summary
Seeking a creative professional who will film, edit and product video content for various internal media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic eye for the way color and visual effects enhance storytelling in addition to substantial experience filming, producing, editing, and distributing internal corporate videos.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include :
- Creates professional corporate video content
- Shoot quality portrait photography and live corporate events
- Filming / recording video on set and on location with ability to plan logistics
- Working with team members to research and plan video shoots
- Proven experience in Storytelling and responsible for writing scripts
- Interviewing associates for video ideas and content creation
- Directs on screen talent
- Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting and other equipment
- Edit a compelling, visually appealing finished project
- Creating b-roll, animations and special visual effects as needed
- Coordinates simultaneous ongoing projects and deadlines and works well with others under tight time constraints
- Supervise all work completed by the video team
- Ensuing all recording and studio equipment is in good working order and keep track of new purchases.
- Keep up to speed on current video-creation trends and practices
- Willing to travel and work outside of standard business hours as project needs dictate
- Work with a variety of videos sources, ranging from on-location professional footage (filmed by you) to online filming (Open Reel) to self-filmed smartphone footage to create professional results
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives and translate them into impactful visual narratives
- Planning, filming, editing, posting, and archiving high quality video content in support of First Horizon's brand (filming will often include conducting interviews).
- Understand the business strategy and key First Horizon objectives that drive all video content and projects
- Keep abreast of trends and advancements in video production
