Your Impact

As our Catering Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind securing and executing spectacular events, from corporate meetings to weddings and milestone celebrations. You’ll develop strong client relationships, manage the sales process from inquiry to execution, and collaborate with our culinary and banquet teams to deliver extraordinary experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sell and service corporate catering meetings, weddings, and other special events.
• Respond quickly to leads and proactively seek new business through prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with clients to capture event details, create proposals, and finalize contracts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2-3 years of sales experience in catering or hospitality.
• A bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or a related field (preferred).
• A results-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sales.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
