The Director of Food & Beverage performs a critical role on the hotel's team and is directly responsible for oversight, performance, and profitability of the restaurant, bar, and / or banquet operations. As an Abbey Resort associate, you will be part of an incredible team at a full service resort situated on the beautiful shores of Geneva Lake. What you'll be doing...
The Director of Food and Beverage leads the overall strategy and operations of food and beverage services to ensure the highest standards of quality, service, cleanliness, sales achievement, and profitability. This role oversees multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet operations, culinary teams (in collaboration with the Executive Chef), and room service. Additionally, the Director is responsible for recruiting and building a high-performing team that drives innovation, supports the resort's objectives, and ensures guest satisfaction.
