Director of Food & Beverage
This is a critical role on our team, responsible for the oversight, performance, and profitability of the restaurant, bar, and/or banquet operations.

- You'll be a leader in F&B, self-motivated to achieve success, skilled at prioritization and delegation, and enjoy teaching and motivating others.
- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall strategy and operations of food and beverage services to ensure high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, sales achievement, and profitability.
- Oversight of multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet operations, culinary teams (in collaboration with the Executive Chef), and room service.
- Recruiting and building a high-performing team that drives innovation, supports the resort's objectives, and ensures guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute an annual strategic plan to enhance all aspects of the food and beverage business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to improve food quality, service levels, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, payroll, and daily revenue to ensure profitability.
- Schedule and forecast staffing levels based on business needs and occupancy levels.
- Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and development opportunities to staff and leadership teams.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Foster a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and promote events, promotions, and new initiatives.
- Track and analyze payroll, revenue, and expenses to meet budget goals.
