Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and increase occupancy across multiple locations
- Supervise and provide guidance to property managers, ensuring they meet performance standards and goals
- Monitor budgets for each location, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

Requirements:
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in propertymanagement or a related field

- Ability to travel frequently between store locations
