We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an apartment community building, units and landscaping.
**Duties:**
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, filters, , etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner
- Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing and carpentry work
**Skills:**
- Proficient in electrical systems troubleshooting
- Knowledge in carpentry
- Knowledge in General repairs
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently
