Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall childhood development.
- Provide attentive care to toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
- Facilitate a positive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children.
- Assess children's progress through standardized testing methods and informal observations to tailor instruction to individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the curriculum and share best practices in childcare and teaching methodologies.

Requirements
