What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at First Insurance Services, Inc.?
Responsibilities include: managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sale leads that develop into new customers, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools, handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within given time limits, as well as following up to ensure resolutions' success, keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents, following communication procedures, guidelines and policies, taking the extra mile to engage with our customers.
Requirements for the position include, if not already licensed, a willingness to obtain an insurance license, an ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Applicants will need to have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as, be able to pass a background check.
