What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance position at First International Bank & Trust?

We are currently seeking a hard-working and dependable Building Maintenance person to join our team and contribute to the overall success of the Facilities team and FIBT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain building by performing minor and routine maintenance.
- Complete Facilities Management System maintenance requests that are assigned in a timely manner.
- Manage calendar for planned events in Facilities Management System.
- Assist with supervision of scheduled contracted work.
- Replace filters for air handling units (AHU), refrigerators, drinking fountains, and side stream filters for heating and cooling system.
- Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.
- Clean snow and debris from sidewalk.
- Keep exterior grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
- Sweep and scrub floors.
- Clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture.
- Dust furniture and equipment and polishes metalwork.
- Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork.
- Spot wash windows, door panels and sills.
- Order and replenishes supplies for assigned location(s).
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalency; three to five years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Valid drives license is required.
