What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Internship position at First International Bank & Trust?
We have an amazing Internship opportunity on our Human Resources team. If you are in college and looking for hands on experience in the world of HR then this is a great opportunity. Our HR Intern will get the opportunity to control many aspects of our New Hire Onboarding Process, Time Keeping, learn how to maintain proper archives of information, and get a chance to meet and shadow all members of the HR Team. The ideal candidate for this position would be a student passionate or curious about Human Resources and is willing to work meaningful hours during the school year and potentially more during the summer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with co-workers and / or customers
- Assist with and gain knowledge and experience in various audits :
- New Hire Paperwork
- Current Employee Job Descriptions
- Learn how to handle and assist with day-to-day tasks :
Maintains and archives proper correspondence and legal files
