Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact between commercial banking clients and the bank.
- Assist Commercial Relationship Managers and other positions with servicing the client.
- Supervise Commercial Banking Representatives and provide leadership and direction.
- Ensure all applications, documentation, and loan accounts are compliant with regulatory, legal, and Credit Policy requirements.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of key software systems and other loan operating systems.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of commercial loan-related banking experience.
- People management experience is preferred.
- Able to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage client relationships.
