As a Commercial Banking Representative II, you will serve as the primary contact between commercial banking clients and our bank, providing exceptional client support services. You will work proactively to maximize client satisfaction and develop a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day client interactions, transactions, and problem resolution, responding to client account inquiries, performing account maintenance, and researching/resolving client problems.
- Execute client transactions within delegated authority or applicable department guidelines, escalating requests outside specified norms or requiring Relationship Manager signature or approval.
- Assist in obtaining necessary information for loan applications, such as financial statements, tax returns, and business documentation.
