Job Summary
The Financial Services Representative I plays a vital role in building lasting relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized customer service, answering client questions, resolving issues, and offering suitable solutions.
- Perform a variety of financial transactions, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and counting currency and coin accurately.
- Open and maintain various products, such as consumer and business checking and savings accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, and consumer credit cards.
- Engage in financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions, recognizing referral opportunities to other lines of business.
Key Requirements:
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- 1-3 years of banking or related experience is necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
