Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service by receiving deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, and recording night and mail deposits.
- Sell cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and savings bonds while answering customer inquiries in person and/or on the telephone.
- Cross-sell bank products by informing customers of new services and product promotions, ascertaining customer needs, and directing them to a branch representative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides customer account services by performing various financial transactions.
- Maintains accurate records of customer transactions and prepares necessary reports.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients by recognizing referral opportunities for additional Retail products and other lines of business.
