Immediate opening for a Full-time Office Assistant - Webster Country Abstract
Webster Country Abstract is a dynamic and growing organization. We are currently looking for a full-time Office Assistant. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Primary responsibilities and tasks:
• Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers and forwards calls to appropriate personnel
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be proficient in handling office equipment including multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Business Works, Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word Perfect and Excel
• Commitment to accuracy; attention to detail
• Support the Mission, Vision, and core values of the company

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB:
• Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB:
• 1-2 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
