What are the responsibilities and job description for the FT Customer Service Representative/Teller position at First Keystone Community Bank?
First Keystone Community Bank, an independently owned community bank with over 160 years of experience in banking and serving our local communities, is recruiting a retail and sales-oriented individual for a full-time Customer Service Representative/Teller position based out of our office located at 463 W. Main St., Plymouth.
Ideal candidate will be a positive, pro-active, team player dedicated to our customers’ needs. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with direct service relating to bank products and services and will be required to identify customer needs and make referrals to appropriate staff.
Applicants must enjoy working with the public; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good math and PC skills; and the ability to operate various office machines. A minimum of one year of experience in related positions along with a working knowledge of bank consumer products and services preferred.
