Position Summary:
The Account Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for account maintenance, acquisition of new business through network and marketing generated leads and expansion of business in house accounts (both upsell and cross-sell), to achieve revenue goals as set by VP of Business Development in alignment with the sales objectives for the territories assigned.
Job Duties:
- Maintain existing Key Accounts (100-200 active accounts).
- Actively develop New Business Opportunities in supporting businesses.
- Visit and represent the company via phone, web, and personal client meetings.
- Maintain all account and client details in the company CRM System.
- Update Customer Details in company database systems.
- Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
- Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce, Gainsight
- Represent the company at client-oriented social events.
- Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
Schedule/Location:
- Remote - Available to CA and NV residents (requirement to be in the field)
- Full Time - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Entry Level - Based on experience
